Childhood Memories of Doll Games

Everybody has that wonderful feeling when we remember about the time when we were children. Our childhood was a time of happiness, without any difficult moments. When I have some free time, I think about my childhood and how funny was my life. The only “job” I had to do was going to school, after that my freedom was adeal, I was free to play with my friends for hours without thinking about any problems. I remember I was really happy whenever my parents bought my favorite hamburgers, I often try to get the same feeling today, but it’s really complicated to feel yourself happy and not think about your future.

I also remember how I role-played with my Barbie dolls and how they became alive each time I wanted them to be. The wonderful feeling I got when I waited for Santa Claus is still alive somewhere. I and my friends was always waiting impatiently for Christmas morning, asking myself whether I was a good child throughout the year.

Now all I worry about is my credits that I have to pay for until the end of the year, my terrible boss, and my personal life. And also I’m also starting to get old. I miss my school teachers !

First, my mother and father defined that I was too intelligent for dolls and started giving books instead of toys. I hated books as I couldn’t read yet, but I I used to love reading. Now I love books. But I still dream that I might have played more with my school friends. I and other kids played Barbie dress games. It was so wonderful, and I don’t remember now how wonderful it is to make a journey into a world of fairy tales. Together with other girls we used to hange out for days and played doll games till the evening when my father called me. So, the awful fact that mother and father stopped buying me Barbie dolls didn’t stop me from playing and having fun. Actually dress up games helped me and my friends improve our intelligence.

We usually challenged ourselves and our friends to come up with much more interesting characters. That definitely helped one of my best friends in their future career. One is a fashion designer and Katrina is a cartoonist and they both are extremely professional at their work. Surely our Barbie dress games helped my best friends become professional artists.

In a modern world everything is so simple. Little girls can just sit in front of a PC, and without any problems, girls can play any Barbie dress games. We used to meet in order to play paper doll games and ,certainly, that developed my communication skills. Every week we sit and talk: I and my school friends, and we remember about those good times.
