Should You Buy Power Wheels Kawasaki KFX For Your Child

Power Wheels Kawasaki KFX

Fisher-Price, the company that built this Power Wheels Kawasaki KFX, has a fine long track record for producing quality four wheeler bike for children. This quad bike does need to be assembled when purchased and it does come with all the tools required for assembly. The installation was fairly simple, takes about 1 hour to assemble and apply the cosmetic stickers.

The battery is easy to connect and it lasts for quite a long time. Do follow the instructions on charging battery correctly if you wish it to last, be aware that short time quick charging will shorten the battery life. With the right maintenance, your child can typically ride it a few times a week before you have to charge it again.

This ATV has two speed preferences. You can set the speed on it at 2mph or a max speed of 5mph (with a boost on the handle bar). When the speed is set at 5mph it is controlled by a foot pedal and twist throttle together, which is a good learning tool if you plan on getting your child a motorcycle later on in life. When the speed is set at 2mph it is controlled by a foot pedal, which is easy to use for all age groups of children.

Navigating this four wheeler is very nice and easy. It is a well built vehicle. For a 3 years old child, this ATV will still be big enough for him to use for many years to come. The engine itself is very durable, you might even hand it down to your next kid.

Kawasaki KFX Power Wheels is rear wheel drive, goes great in the yard and in the dirt. It goes in the rocky driveway, it goes in wet grass, it goes in dry grass, it goes up and down hills, the tires on this thing could be used on most surfaces. Definitely a must have if you don’t want to end up spending more time pushing your son or daughter because the tires don’t have very good traction. Not an issue with this quad. Even so, some children may come across with problems of tires spinning on the hills and grass (must be some very unusual landscapes). In that case, just get traction bands to get more traction for the tires.

The stability that a four wheeler provides is far better than a two wheeler bike. It has a lot of power and children definitely need supervision playing on it, but good for them as they are now learning how to lean, acquire some basic riding skills and ride safe.

You will be pleased for the money you spent on this four wheeler. Power Wheels Kawasaki KFX is everything you expect it would be. It is definitely the funnest toy a child could ever have. Get it! This four wheeler won’t let down and your child will adore you for it.
