Use Your Trampoline to Exercise
Now that summer is within our grasp it’s time to think about all those summer clothes we will be digging out of the wardrobe.
They have been stored neatly at the back of the wardrobe for at least 6 months and you have forgotton just how tiny they are and how snugly they fit. When you packed them away your tummy was flat, your arms were toned and there were no bulges to be seen.
Then the winter set in and out came the baggy jumpers and track suits and we gave up all ideas of looking good for 6 months.
We have all pigged out and stuffed our faces because the jumpers covered everything up and now it’s panic time.
Well don’t worry too much, you still have time to get yourself back in shape before you have to hit the beach.
The first thing to do is cut out all the bad food you have got into the habit of eating. Yes it is nice to enjoy all that stodgy food, but look at what it does to us. Next to knock on the head is booze. I know myself if I have a particulary boozy week I can easily gain over half a stone!
So for the next month or so why not tuck into some healthy salads. Salads don’t have to be boring, add a few little nice treats to make them more appealing. Drink lots of water, it’s brilliant for you. Finally the bit we all dread the most, do a bit of exercise. There are plenty of different activities you could try.Maybe you enjoy swimming? Maybe a spot of running around the park appeals to you? Maybe you could look at getting one of those 8ft trampolines for the garden. Or if you want to exercise with your partner, why not look at 14ft trampolines. If you are on your own they even do trampolines for you. There really isn’t any excuse not to get yourself fit. What have you got to lose, apart from those unwanted pounds of course?
